Hatton to feature on TV’s ‘Location, Location, Location’

A HATTON home is one of the properties being considered for inclusion in the next series of ‘Location, Location, Location’, it emerged late last week.

‘Woodlea’, at Easterton of Auchleuchries, near Hatton, is being sold by local solicitors Gray and Gary at a fixed price of £195,000.

Gray and Gray spokeswoman Isobel Stephen told the Times that the property had intially been part of a larger number of 15 potential targets sought by the TV show’s production company, and had made it through to the final three which will be considered.

The show, presented by Kirsty Allsopp and Phil Spencer, invites prospective property purchasers to consider a number of options in their chosen destination before they come to a final choice. It is understood that the purchaser is seeking to move to the north-east of Scotland.

The house - a three bedroomed detatched bungalow - is currently on the market for a fixed price of £195,000, and comes with a lease on the surrounding land.
