ORGANISERS are putting the finishing touches to this summer’s spectacular Fyvie Live 2012.
Following the sell-out success of last year’s event, thousands of people are set to descend on the lawn Fyvie Castle on Saturday (August 4) for an open-air music concert in aid of Friends of ANCHOR.
Headlining the bill is chart-topping Sophie Ellis-Bextor, with live performances also lined up from the Scottish band Breabach, up and coming singer Stephen Innes, the entertaining cover band the Bogus Brothers, as well as a showcase of budding North-east talent.
Concert-goers can picnic on the lawn while soaking up the atmosphere of the day, which will also feature a host of stalls such as arts, crafts and confectionary.
The finale will be a spectacular fireworks display promising to make Fyvie Live 2012 a night to remember.
All profits from the event will go directly to Friends of ANCHOR.
