Host of entertainment at Garioch Theatre Festival

The Garidge Theatre Company was set up in 2004 by Rhona Mitchell with the express purpose of running a theatre festival in Inverurie, bringing a mix of amateur and professional work to the town.

This year will see the seventh Garioch Theatre Festival, firmly establishing it as an important annual arts event on the North-East.

On June 21 to 23 at 7:30pm; Mitchell School of Drama present “Twelfth Night”; June 24 at 2:30pm; Folding Theatre Puppet Co. “The Selfish Giant”; June 26 to 28 at 7:30pm; Garidge Theater Co. present “Heroes”; June 29 to 30, There will be a daytime event: Community Weekend, a dance / physical theatre piece to be performed in the Square, Inverurie on Saturday afternoon, phone Rhona on (01467) 621861 for further details and /or to take part.
