With care at home services growing in demand across the North-east, Independent Living Services (ILS Scotland Ltd) is embarking on a new recruitment drive as part of its expansion in Aberdeenshire.
The company is looking for 15 new support workers to look after clients in Peterhead, Banff and Inverurie.
ILS provides services on a contract basis back to Aberdeenshire Council to support people of all ages who require support to live as independently as possible. Services are also provided on a private basis to those who wish to augment the care they receive through the council, or have other requirements for support.
The company is looking for a range of full-time, part-time and shift workers. Previous experience in this sector is not required as full staff training is provided prior to working in the community as well as ongoing training and support with the opportunity for career progression. Most of the positions will require people who have a driver’s licence and car. ILS offers a competitive rate of pay.
