The independent firm which has 12 offices across Scotland, including a branch in Ellon, will appoint new people for the roles of managing director and chairman.
Craig Hendry has been appointed the managing director of the wealth advisory arm.
Craig takes over from previous managing director Mike Clark, who will now become JCFS chairman. With more than a decade of experience in wealth advisory, Craig has played a major role in the growth and development of the business.
He was initially based in Aberdeen before moving to Inverness in 2007 to expand the business and in 2008 he became a Chartered Financial Planner. In his his new role as managing director, he will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of JCFS, overseeing the 30 strong team throughout their offices.
Craig said: “My role as managing director will be to ensure we are well positioned to maximise the opportunities arising from this growing market.
“I look forward to working alongside Mike and the management team to ensure the continued success of JCFS.”
Mike Clark joined the team 13 years ago, after 26 years with a leading financial services business.
He is a Chartered Financial Planner and an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and of the Personal Finance Society.
As chairman, Mike will play a key role on the Board, ensuring that operations run smoothly, service clients, as well as supporting Craig in the further expansion of the company.
