A North-east legal firm has appointed a new partner.
Jamie Nixon takes on the role of branch principal at Raeburn Christie Clark and Wallace’s Ellon office.
Mr Nixon, who joined the firm last year, has lived in Ellon for the last 12 years and has worked at other law firms in the area during his career.
He deals with all aspects of residential house purchases and sales, finncial services and private client matters, including wills, executries and powers of attorney.
Mr Nixon works alongside specialist teams in Aberdeen and advises clients on matters involving family law, civil litigation and commercial, corporate and employment law.
The firm has also appointed two other new partners, Douglas Crombie and Pamela Bursill, and four associates, Amy McKay, Teresa Law, Gavin Cooper and Michael Shepherd.
They say it shows their commitment to providing a partner-led approach.
Managing partner, Keith Allan, said: “We know how important it is to be progressive and forward thinking in our business and for this reason we are delighted with our new appointments.
“We are confident that they will bring valuable additions to the leadership of the firm and further strengthen our offering across all practice areas.”
