Local brewery and good friends of BrewDog, Fierce Beer, were there too along with several other local businesses that held stalls.

Following the successful Christmas event, a spokesperson for BrewDog said: “Ellon is a great community and we owe a lot of our success to the people that live here and of course our EFPs.

“By hosting open days such as the Halloween Party, and now the Christmas one – we hope to give something back.

“We have had an overwhelming positive response on social media following the event and couldn’t be happier with how it went.

“We would just like to say a huge thanks to not only everyone that came along, but also to all of the BrewDog team that pulled together and made this event a success.”

They added: “We are really happy to be supporting North East businesses and to raise money for Guide Dogs Scotland.”
