APPLICATIONS are being invited for a new round of the Climate Challenge Fund, with grants of up to £150,000 a year available from the Scottish Government.
These could provide funds and support for community groups to reduce their carbon footprint, save money and improve facilities.
CCF grants have supported community-owned buildings to install energy efficiency measures and community group projects to provide local energy efficiency advice.
They have also funded community growing spaces and local projects to help people move from cars towards lower carbon transport alternatives.
Applications are invited for presentation to the CCF grant panel in June and September.
