Pupils, staff and parents rallied round at Auchterellon School to make the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning a huge success.

Macmillan Cancer Support’s biggest fundraiser raised £789.52p from morning and afternoon events at the school.

Head teacher Morag McGowan said two P6 classes and two P3 classes organised the day. The youngsters made homebakes in school and teachers brought in donations.

Mrs McGowan added: “We’ve had a great day.”
