ANM Group have chosen CLAN as their charity for 2014

To mark Inverurie based ANM Groups 25 years at the Thainstone Centre, members of staff from the ANM Group picked a charity to fundraise for throughout the year, culminating in a large fundraiser to take place near the anniversary date.

The ANM Group members of staff nominated charities and a shortlist was made, from which CLAN Cancer Support was voted as the designated charity for the celebratory year ahead.

CLAN Cancer Support is an Aberdeen-based independent charity for anyone affected by cancer, which supports people throughout the North and North-east of Scotland. The charity’s free support services are available in the Catholic Church Halls, North Street, Inverurie on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

The ANM Group plans to fundraise for CLAN Cancer Support throughout the year with a number events and fundraisers, which will build to a finale dinner with live auction in January.

CLAN’s Fundraising Manager, Susan Crighton, said, “We are overjoyed that ANM Group personnel chose CLAN as their nominated charity for this year. Local support is really important to us and helps us to provide our support services in local communities. We know that our clients appreciate being able to access our services close to home.”
