Police appeal for owner
POLICE in Ellon are appealing for the owner of an engraved medal to come forward, after the item was handed in to the station as lost property.
PC Shona Dempster, who works at Ellon Police Station, described the small medal as a gold St Christopher’s Medal with “Happy 40th, Love you” engraved on the back.
“Somebody must be missing this,” she said. “It’s a very nice wee piece of jewellery.”
