Love Rara thank public

A children’s entertainment company would like to thank the public for their generosity after running a competition.

Love Rara Limited based in Balmedie, organised a competition through Facebook, inviting people to nominate a child that had experienced a difficult year.

In December the company held a ‘Frozen Ball’ at the Station Hotel where all their princesses, princes, fairies and characters were out in form. Family and friends nominated children to be in with a chance to win tickets to attend the ball. After the team announced the two winners, local businesses and members of the general public took it upon themselves to donate money to allow all the other entrants tickets to the event.

Love Rara member Angela Ireland said: “We would like to thank all those who donated money for those very special children!

“It’s a fantastic thing they have done and very much in-keeping with the festive spirit!

“We would like to thank Grandholm dental for their two ticket sponsorship, Busy Beasties who donated hampers for the winning children, and also Aberdeenshire video editing who has donated his time and will be capturing all the magical memories on film.”

Love Rara Limited was established January 2013 by Zara Wilke who has years working within the childcare sector.
