Aberdeenshire East MSP Gillian Martin visited two centres for adults with learning disabilities in Inverurie and Ellon on Monday.
Last week Gillian Martin MSP devoted her first motion in the Scottish Parliament to recognising the work of schemes which provide employment and training opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.
Ms Martin said: “I enjoyed meeting everyone at Benchmark and Inspire Soap.
“These projects are great examples of how adults with learning disabilities can learn valuable skills and also enjoy the company of customers and visitors.
“They produce very high quality products with a large customer base throughout the Shire.”
