The Aberdeen and Northern Estates team welcomed a crowd of 40 clients, fellow professionals and group members to the official opening of their new offices within the Concourse of the Thainstone Centre on Thursday, (April 10) for a light lunch followed by the formal opening ceremony.
The purpose built offices will house the team of six surveyors and support staff, enabling the company to liaise more effectively with clients and stakeholders as well as benefit from the increased exposure and customer footfall provided by the main concourse. The new office layout guarantees an approachable and relaxed atmosphere for clients, old and new.
ANM group Chairman, John McIntosh completed the formal part of the proceedings cutting the ribbon and welcomed guests to the new office space.
James Murphy, the Head of Estates, commented “We are delighted to be located in a prime location on the ground floor of the Thainstone Centre. It brings us to the forefront of peoples’ minds and will hopefully make our enthusiastic team even more approachable. We have already seen a large increase in visitor footfall, no doubt attracted by our attractive property display boards. In addition, we have found clients respond well to our new location, particularly on sale days when they can pop in to discuss their business in private.”
