Last Wednesday saw Riverview Krafty art members putting the finishing touches to their paintings and crafts for their art exhibition and sale.
The event starts this Saturday, September 7 and continues until Sunday, September 15, 11am- 4pm everyday (except for September 9-11) .
The exhibition is part of North east open studios (NEOS) exhibitions and is now in its tenth year and is held in three studio galleries, a potting shed, garden shed and a sun-lounge in the back garden of 36 Castle Road, Ellon.
Founder member of the group, Barrie Seddon said:“Last year people were amazed by what they saw when they came around the back of the house into our art in the garden wonderland.
“I am taken aback by what can be done by my fellow artists who, with enthusiasm, dedication and creativity, can completely transform the sheds and sun-lounge into art studios worthy of any high street gallery. “
The exhibition shows a selection of seascapes, landscapes, floral paintings, photography, stained/fused glass, fashion jewellery, woodcraft, pyrography, embroidery and greeting cards.
Everyone is welcome and refreshments are free.
