Dejected Locos co boss Scott Buchan said , “We deserved to get beaten, there was night and day of a difference from the display against Hurlford in terms of effort, commitment, shape and determination but it’s no use if you cannot get the basics right.

“Maybe it was a lack of match fitness in one or two cases but we cannot use that as an excuse.

“We were getting caught underneath things and letting crosses come in too easy.

“For the winning goal nobody was picking up the centre forward in the middle of the box, before that Andy shouldn’t have come for a punch.

“But I definitely thought there should have been an offside flag for the first goal.

“The big positive we can take out of the game is we scored four.

“On the other side we have now had several players stretchered off this
season.

“All these injuries don’t help what we’re trying to achieve

“But we’ve conceded five at home for the second time this season at home, on top of three last week.

“You don’t need to be a soccer genius to know there are faults.”
