Formartine United’s reward for ousting Elgin City from the Ramsdens Cup is a quarter-final trip to Annan Athletic.
The Pitmedden club will travel to Galabank on Saturday, September 7, after their shock 5-1 win over the Moray men.
Manager Steve Paterson, who famously steered Caley Thistle to a 3-1 victory at Celtic in the third round of the Scottish Cup in 2000, believes his side have a great chance of reaching the last four.
Formartine will face playing on astroturf - a surface with which they are not too familiar for competitive matches.
The other quarter-final ties are: Queen of the South v. Rangers or Berwick; Raith Rovers v. Falkirk, Dundee v. Stenhousemuir.
