Station “A” remain on top of table

Station “A” remain top of the Ellon & District Darts League after a close victory over The Garret.

Paul Richardson was in fine form for the Station hitting a 180, an 18-dart league and a 106 check-out. He also teamed up with Peter Barrack in the doubles to record another 18-dart leg.

Kenny Aitken was prominent for Station “A” hitting a maximum along with 16-dart and 19-dart legs. Garret had some notable performances as well with Graham Hastie hitting a 17 dart leg and Scott Michie having a 19-dart leg.

Legion “B” remain in contention with a 7-4 win at Linsmohr. They recovered from 4-2 down with Stevie Duncan hitting an 18-dart leg and Martin Donald and Noel Johnson hitting 106 and 104 check-outs respectively.

Alan Moir (Legion “A”) kept up his fine run of form hitting a maximum along with a 15-dart leg and an 18-dart leg in his match against Kilmarnock Arms.

Other notable performance this week - Stevie Shepherd (Legion A), George Grubb (Buchan) both hit a maximum. Kenny McRitchie (Tartan) hit an 18-dart leg.

Vic Robertson (Legion A) 127 check-out Stuart Critchley (Arms A) 107 check-out.
