Aden Youth Music Festival

Aden Country Park in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire, is to hold its second Aden Youth Music Festival (AYMF) on Saturday, August 30 from 11am to 5pm.

The free music event has been designed to provide an opportunity to showcase a range of local musicians and bands from across Aberdeen, Banff, Fraserburgh, Mintlaw, and Peterhead.

There is a great line-up including experienced bands and musicians such as Raw Stereo, Ian Burnett, Chaser, Patrick Shand, as well as Emma Hogarth, and Organised Chaos.

Buchan Community Radio (BCR) will also be covering this year’s event so if you can’t manage to attend the on day, or if you want to listen second time round, tune in to BCR, who will be playing highlights from the event on their radio station.

The Aden Youth Music Festival event partners include Aden Country Park, Buchan Development Partnership, The Foyer, the Friends of Aden Country Park, Buchan Community Radio, and the Aberdeenshire Council North Community Learning and Development Team.
