The annual Newburgh Gala is set to return next weekend.

The event will be held at Newburgh Mathers School playing field on Saturday, May 20 from 1pm to 5pm.

There will be lots in store with fun for the whole family including archery, bungee tampolines, tennis, BBQ, bouncy assault course, beer tent, Inverurie Pipe Band, netball, face painting, dog agility, kids races, stalls, homebakes, raffle, dancing displays and vintage tractors.

This year there will also be special visits from a Paw Patrol mascot, The Critter Keeper, Aberdeenshire Saxophone Orchestra and Peterhead singer Kieran Cooper.

Entry to the event is free and all are welcome to come along and join the fun.

Donations for the Book Stall, Cake and Candy, Bottle Stall and homebakes can be dropped at the field on the morning of the Gala from 8.30am.
