The Store at Foveran will be grilling up a feast in the North-east as it hosts its popular Foodie Friday on July 29.

The family-focused event, which runs from 5pm until late, has a fun Build Your Own Burger theme this month.

Both foodies and families can experience how The Store uses its grass-fed Aberdeen Angus dry-aged beef on-site, before they get to work making tasty beef patties using a variety of different herbs, spices, and cheeses.

Head chef, Tim Spooner, will then grill the handmade burgers on The Store’s new Farmers Grill.

Visitors can then build their own ice cream sundae, allowing kids and big kids alike to get creative with their dessert.

Locally picked fruits, plus plenty of sweets and ice cream will be available to satisfy those with a serious sweet tooth.

A selection of hotdogs, steaks, and sausages can be made to order and there will be other choices including lobster, prawns and a sharing platter.

Prices start at £10 for children and £15 for adults and to book a table for this month’s Foodie Friday call 01358 788083.

The price also includes create your own ice cream sundaes.
