On Friday, November 1 at 7.30pm, New Deer Public Hall will be turned into its own cinema.
With the support of NEAT Flicks, New Deer Community Association will be showing the latest Bond movie, Skyfall for one night only. People can go along and see the film for the first time or enjoy it again if the yhave seen it before.
Relax with a drink, perhaps popcorn and who knows there may even be some martinis on sale. The doors will be open from 7pm
Promoter, Sue Robertson, said “The first ten people through the door will get a free drink to celebrate the start of this exciting venture.
“We plan to have regular screenings of films in the hall and I’m really looking forward to this as something for the local folk to enjoy as they do the live theatre performances.” Tickets are £5 and are on sale in Pharmacy and Food for Thought, New Deer 01771 644217/644366 and will be available on the door.
