A leading charity is looking for volunteers to help them reach even more people in the North-east who are affected by cancer.
Macmillan Cancer Support needs fundraising volunteers who are willing to take on a variety of tasks.
Volunteers are also needed to assist local fundraisers with research and administration for projects and annual fundraising events.
Fundraising manager for Aberdeen and Grampian, Shirlie Geddes said: “We have some really interesting volunteer roles available for people who want to take on a new challenge, have fun or just want to help us raise the money we need to fund our cancer services.
“For most of our roles, volunteers don’t need to have special skills or experience. They just need to be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
“We provide training if it’s needed and offer on-going support to ensure all our volunteers get the best possible experience while helping us be there for people affected by cancer”.
