Craft beer firm BrewDog held its annual Community Christmas Party in Ellon at the weekend.
The event was held on Saturday, December 8 at its Balmacassie Industrial Estate headquarters, and it proved to be extremely popular with visitors of all ages attending to get into the festive spirit.
A number of local businesses set up shop for the afternoon in the Christmas market area to give shoppers some last minute Christmas gift ideas.
Visitors were treated to delicious festive snacks and mulled drinks to help warm them up.
The family-friendly event also had some special guests on the day, courtesy of Love RaRa entertainment, owls from The Owl & Pussycat Centre, and reindeers from the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre.
Children were also invited to take part in festive activities including gingerbread decorating, bauble making, an Elf hunt and writing a list for Santa.
Visitors were delighted to be able to meet Santa, but had to keep an eye out for the Grinch who was also in attendance.
The event was free for all to attend but money raised on the day will be donated to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
Speaking to the Times a spokesperson for BrewDog said: “Whilst the team are still totalling the funds, they have raised approximately £2,000 from the Community Christmas Party.”
