ORGANISERS of a Spring fair in Ellon on Saturday have praised the support for the event.
The Gordon Park Pre-School and 2s group raised nearly £400 from the annual fundraiser.
It featured a variety of activities including a bouncy castle, face-painting, stalls, arts and crafts and nail painting.
Manager Maryanne Leask told the Times: “We are delighted to have raised £395. The event was well attended and there was plenty for everyone to do.
“We’d like to thank the Fire Service for the use of the bouncy castle.”
She added that the proceeds would go towards providing new equipment and meeting the cost of woodland trips.
The pre-school children meet five mornings a week from 9.15-11.45 and the 2s on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 1-3pm.
