AN UDNY restauranteur is getting set to compete in a competition to build the ultimate St Andrews’ Day menu.
Craig Wilson of Eat on the Green will go head to head with other chefs from across that country as they seek to create a signature three course meal for the nation to enjoy on St Andrews’ Day.
Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment, Richard Lochhead, said: “The winning St Andrew’s Day Menu will showcase the very best of Scottish seasonal produce and aims to encourage Scots to recreate a feast at home.“
