Filming took place recently for the second Great Fly Cup Bake Off.
Following the success of last year’s event, where £1,000 was raised for the local charity, four new trainees gathered in front of the Right Here Productions cameras to battle it out to become the second FCBO Champions.
On hand to offer an expert opinion was judge George Ross of JG Ross, alongside Jill Hay.
The event was kept running by hosts Kirsty Telfer and Larry Young who will be hosting the Grand Final on Sunday, September 11 at Inverurie Town Hall, starting at 2pm.
Tickets are available from the Fly Cup on Burghmuir Circle in Inverurie.
Organiser and camerawoman Alison Telfer said: “We had a brilliant day with the trainees, their assistants, our hosts and judges.
"Everyone worked so hard and produced the most delicious dishes, I honestly couldn’t choose a winner.
"That’s up to the audience at the Grand Final, each person gets to vote for their favourite savoury and sweet dish to decide on our 2016 Champion. It’s sure to be a brilliant afternoon, so get your tickets now before we sell out!”
Right Here Productions and the Fly Cup would like to thank their sponsors and supporters for their contributions towards the event, particularly the event’s main sponsor, The Grampian Cosmetic Clinic.
