There will be a series of talks to raise awareness of Glaucoma taking place at various Live Life Aberdeenshire libraries.
The International Glaucoma Association (IGA) will be delivering the meetings at the libraries to coincide with National Glaucoma Awareness Week, which takes place from Monday, June 17 to Sunday, June 23.
One of the talks will be held at Ellon Library on Friday, June 21 from 2pm to 4pm.
Philippa Mason, IGA Development Manager for Scotland who is based in Aberdeen, said: “I’m keen to enhance glaucoma support services for all those affected by the condition in Scotland, and I am particularly excited about what can be done on my home patch in the North-East.”
