The Buchan Field Club recently conferred honorary status on two of its long-serving members.
Miss May Forbes of Ellon and Miss Margaret Buchan of Peterhead were presented with the special certificates by club president, Sandy May, and club treasurer Donald Moir, at the club’s monthly meeting in Stuartfield on April 13.
Both ladies have served in the post of secretary at different times and have been very much involved in the club’s activities over the 35 years they have been members.
