AN ELLON councillor has welcomed the re-surfacing of the road to both the doctors and dentists surgeries in the town.
Councillor Gillian Owen said: “The patchwork quilt of potholes is no more. I am delighted that this work has now taken place and I would like to thank NHS Grampian for responding so positively and quickly to my representations I made on behalf of my constituents.
She added: “All we are waiting for now are the white lines to be painted.
“I am going to ask if an arrow can be painted at the end of the road, just to ensure that everyone leaving either surgery goes the right way.”
