Residents in Aberdeenshire are being asked to give their views on the proposed changes to opening times for mobile Post Office services.
The move comes after a number of Post Offices were closed earlier this year.
Now, further changes to the days and times of mobile services have been put forward for members of the public to give their views on.
Aberdeenshire East MSP Gillian Martin said a number of new timings had been made across her constituency including Udny, Fyvie, Newburgh and Turriff.
The consultation, which began on June 20th, will finish by Tuesday, August 8.
Ms Martin said: “It is really important the views of the public are put forward to the Post Office so they can provide the best service possible.
“We’ve seen a number of changes to the services provided by the Post Office in rural areas over the past six months.
“It’s imperative we make sure we get the maximum use from the mobile services on offer and that any changes ensure easy access, especially for our elderly population.
“I would urge residents in these communities to put their views forward.”
To contact the Post Office with your views you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the customer helpline on 03457 22 33 44.
Views are being sought on how suitable the service and suggested stopping points are, how easy it is to get there as well as views and comments on suggested opening days and hours.
