Colony Park ready for the visit of Carnoustie Panmure

On Saturday, July 19, they welcome Carnoustie Panmure from the East Superleague to Inverurie and the following Monday, July 21, they are at home to Press and Journal Highland League Formartine United.

On Thursday July 24, and Saturday, July 26, they are away to Rothie Rovers and Echt respectively. Manager Andy Roddie is looking forward to the new season and he expects the PMac Group Division One (East) to be very competitive with two teams coming down from the Superleague, Longside and East End, as well as the addition of Aberdeen University in their first season in junior football.

Andy along with player coach Tommy Wilson and Football Director Charlie Ferries have been able to retain most of the players from last season and pre-season training is now well under way.

This Saturday’s opponents Carnoustie Panmure defeated Colony Park in the Scottish Junior Cup last season and it is excellent for the club that they and Formartine Utd have agreed to play pre-season friendly matches. The kick off for Saturday is 2.30pm and Monday
