Colony Locos 19s took on Aberdeen FHS at Portlethen and went two goals up through WALLS and SIMPSON. FHS pulled one back before half-time, and equalised midway through the second, but Colony came back strongly with goals from MCCABE, a SIMPSON penalty and DOUGLAS to win 5-2 and guarantee A League football. The only sour note was Euan McDonald breaking his arm after falling awkwardly, and he’ll be out for around six weeks.

Colony Colts 19s met on Stonehaven and took the lead through a BOWIE free-kick. Stonehaven equalised before half-time, but BROWN and FORSYTH restored the lead and Colony now require a win against Formartine to secure A League football. Colony Park U17s faced a strong Deveronvale side and although they held out for most of the first half they fell two goals behind just before the break. Deveronvale scored three more until RENNIE pulled one back. Deveronvale ran out 7-1 winners despite a good performance from new keeper Connor Stephen.

Colony Park U16s were at home to Balmedie and WATSON gave them an early lead. Balmedie struck twice in the second half before RIACH levelled, giving Colony their first point of the season.

Colony Park U15s faced title favourites Banks O Dee Albion without injured keeper Dylan Faskin and Jannick. Last years champions were too strong running out 5-1 winners.

Colony Park U14s were at home to Ellon Meadows, with LAWRENCE scoring twice for an excellent 2-0 win.

Colony Colts U14s met Dee BC at Davidson Park and took the lead through COWIE. Dee hit back scoring five without reply before MCCABE scored a fine goal. Colts could not find the net again losing 5-2.

Colony Park U13s ran out 9-3 winners against Stonehaven YF Madrid. GOODWIN (2), HUTCHINSON, HARPER (3), IRONSIDE, SIMMOND and KILLOH were on target in this Batts Trophy League Qualifier.
