Ellon United open the season at the Meadows on Tuesday (August 4) with a Grill League Cup qualifying match against Superleague champions and League Cup holders Hermes, writes Irvine Morris.
They follow this with a trip to Nairn on Saturday, August 8, before another tough test at home to Maud on Tuesday, August 11, with their opponents having been runners-up to Hermes in both league and league cup competitions.
It will be a new-look United side under the management team of Chris Allsop and Michael Cramp. Callum Annand, Paul Leahy, Jonathon Millsom and Callum Steer have moved on and Andy Anderson and Shaun Robertson have transferred to Culter.
Martin Crisp, Neil Law, Dean McDonald, Michael McKinnon and James Wilson have been brought in with Allsop and Cramp looking to add more promising young talent.
