The Ythan Singers's Christmas Concert will be held on Monday, December 11.
The concert will be held in Ellon Parish Church and will begin at 7.30pm.
The concert will feature movements from John Rutter’s beautiful “Magnificat” followed by many Christmas favourites including The Huron Carol, Ding Dong Merrily on High, In the Bleak Mid-winter, and the “Nativity Carol”.
The audience will be given a chance to join in with well-known carols as well.
All are very welcome and it is certainly a concert not to be missed.
There will be a collection on the door for the charity “Toilet Twinning” which is a water and sanitation initiative.
A spokesperson for the choir said: "It is shocking in the 21st century that there are many people in the world who do not have access to clean water and adequate sanitation and therefore we are delighted to support this initiative through proceeds from our concert.”
After the concert everyone is welcome to join the singers for tea/coffee/mince pies and shortbread.
