Concerts in village square

The Aberdeen Health and Care Village in Frederick Street will resound with music, as a series of free lunchtime concerts begins this month.

The first concert will be a half hour selection of classical music starting at 12.30pm on Tuesday, April 22. Catherine O’Rourke, who teaches at Aberdeen University, Aberdeen City Music School and the North East of Scotland Music School (NESMS) and Principal Flautist with the Highland Chamber Orchestra, will lead a group of flute players from the university and the NESMS.
