A Forest School’s day is being held at Bennachie on Friday (May 20).
The event, which will run from 10am to 3pm is being held as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Supported by the Health Improvement Fund and the Forestry Commission, there will be 20 places for people affected by alcohol, drugs or mental health issues.
The day will consist of simple challenges, team work and learning new skills and will enable people to draw upon these experiences in their recovery.
