Trio band take a trip to the Music Hall

Saturday Night at the Auld Meal Mill returns to the North-east this weekend for it’s 32nd event.

At this year’s show which will be held at the Music Hall, this Saturday, The Brandon McPhee Trio will be among some of the performers.

The Caithness trio consist of accordion player, Brandon McPhee, Mason Grant on the piano and drummer Robert Cameron.

Other acts include Robert Lovie, Scotland’s Son of Fun, Eddie Rose and the Marlene Lowe Dancers. Pamela Whyte will be piping for the dancers before showcasing her talents during her own solo spot.

Turriff and District Pipe Band will be on hand adding colour to the proceedings, filling the hall with their stirring pipe tunes and James Alexander and The Reel Ceilidh Band are the resident musicians on stage.
